She was born in Kukes, of Albania on March 17, 1956. She studied at University of Agriculture in Tirana, Albania, from 1975- 1980. She graduated in June 30, 1980. She came to the United States of America (U.S.A.) on August 26, 2000. Once in the United States of America, she studied in city College in Fort Lauderdale Florida, from 2004 – 2006 and graduated as Paralegal associate degree on March 30, 2006. She took citizenship of the United States of America (U. S. A.) on January 21, 2006.
She continued other level of education in City College, in Fort Lauderdale Florida, from October 2011 until to June 2014, and graduated on June 17, 2014, in Bachelor Science Degree of Business Project Management (BSBA-PM)
